Reporting to the Business Solutions Manager, the Application Specialist will provide operational support for the front-line staff using DNA/EroWorks system. This position will work closely with the Senior Business Analyst and will help make changes to the configuration of the banking application as required and participate in test planning and execution for upgrades or new service offerings. If you have previous banking experience and are looking to move out of customer facing to a more back office operational role or you have worked in a previous Help Desk role, this may be position you are looking for.
We are looking for a Application Specialist to be based at our head office in Saskatoon for a Monday through Friday work week.
