Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeping Assistant to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals looking for a flexible opportunity to grow their administrative and accounting skills in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recording daily financial transactions in accounting systems

  • Maintain and update financial records with accuracy

  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes

  • Reconcile basic account discrepancies

  • Organise invoices, receipts, and supporting documents

  • Assist with preparing simple financial reports

  • Perform general administrative tasks related to bookkeeping

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting principles is an asset

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Comfortable using computers and online tools (e.g., spreadsheets, accounting software)

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
