The opportunity:

You are part strategy, part technology and 100% end-user.

We are looking for people to join our Customer Advisory practice to support our end user technology projects. Whether it is CRM, CMS or eCommerce platforms, the needs of the user must be paramount.

What you will do

  • Interview executive to establish strategic objectives
  • Facilitate workshops with internal business groups to establish priorities, processes and opportunities for great end user experiences
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to build a fact base
  • Curate findings and interviews into user stories
  • Collaborate with technical team-members to define best in class solutions and align needs with technology enablers
  • Support project management in the delivery of on-time and on-budget deployments
  • Assist clients deploy solutions that help transform their organizations.

What you bring to the role

2-3 years of Business Analysis, experience design, facilitation or service design experience.

Familiarity with best in class platform technologies such as: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Sitecore, Shopify, Oracle CX etc. (NOTE: the expectation is that you are familiar with platform technologies, not that you are an expert in the above)

Experience with leading or participating in the gathering and documenting of business processes and requirements for the system with key business users.

Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented nature.

Nice to Have:

Ability to conduct business in English and French.
