As of December 31, 2020, TDAM and its affiliates manage over $400 billion in assets on behalf of pension, insurance, endowment/foundation and corporate clients, as well as high-net worth clients and retail mutual funds.

Job Description
  • Reporting to the Vice President, Alternative Investments, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for financial reporting and analysis of the Alternative investments (i.e. real estate, infrastructure and mortgages
  • Undertake detailed financial analysis of the investments in the portfolio
  • Assist with the annual financial statement preparation and audit of the portfolio's Funds
  • Process funding requests and returns of capital from investments
  • Assist with performance validation and analysis
  • Preparation of client and internal reports
  • Administration of Alternative Investment systems and data collection, management and validation

  • Post-secondary degree with a focus on accounting
  • Candidate possessing or looking to complete the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation would be considered an asset
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and multi-tasking skills
  • Self-starter, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment under tight deadlines
  • Detail oriented and meticulous, with a proven track record of completing tasks with high-quality results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager would be an asset
