The Supervising Associate People Consultant interacts directly with employees and leaders in select national practices or select practices in a geographic area. The incumbent effectively teams with the other People consultants; possesses a deep understanding of the business directions/needs of the practices/area; knows the people and people issues; helps to ensure successful implementation of key, high-touch people processes and initiatives are in line with the business strategies. Your key responsibilities
•Serves in the Saskatoon office as a key contact for employees and senior leaders in one or more designated client groups. May also provide adhoc support to other People Consultants for other client groups in Saskatoon. Coordinates and communicates with partner and associate partners to deliver talent initiatives and guidance. Manages/handles employee relations issues as appropriate, working closely with other People Consultants as needed. •In coordination with other People Consultants, supports project planning and implementation of service line talent processes including compensation planning, performance management, talent development, onboarding / integration, workforce planning and employee engagement strategies. •For one or more smaller service line or office level programs, leads most aspects of program design, planning and implementation. •Provides reporting, analysis, communication and other required support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as they arise throughout the year. •Works closely with Recruitment, Experience Management and practice leadership to deliver effectively against the workforce plan, primarily in the Assurance practice. •Coordinates with Talent Shared Services staff to ensure proper handling of administrative issues and needs. •Works with Development Consultants on program implementation (such as Global People Survey).
