The Lead, Data Quality Improvement is a collaborative role that is responsible for leading the coordination and delivery of data governance across primary and community care services, including Community Health Record optimization and the achievement of organizational data requirements for other clinical, planning, and reporting purposes within primary and community care. The incumbent provides leadership to the development and use of data quality reports and dashboards, relevant policies, procedure and standards across all relevant primary and community care program areas.

• Master's degree in business or a health-related discipline plus five (5) to seven (7) years of recent related experience.
• Training and experience in using quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Model for Improvement, Lean)
• Demonstrated experience in effectively influencing leaders and implementing organizational change.
