We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Operations Analyst to be based in our Head Office in Saskatoon on a Monday through Friday work week.
The Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting branches to ensure operational activities run smoothly, efficiently, and accurately. You will assist the Operations Support team with the day to day operational functions and administration related to the processing and maintenance of the Bank’s reconciliations in addition to a significant number of regular duties of which frequencies range from daily to annual. Your past retail, credit or accounting experience will enable you to provide accurate and quality support.
•Previous experience working with a Financial Institution is an asset
•Confident self-starter able to work independently
•Strong analytical skills with ability to pay close attention to detail
•Proficiency in learning new software applications
•High level of organizational skills with ability to prioritize daily workload
•Ability to adjust to changing work priorities and meet deadlines
