Product Manager, Junior - Global Data

As a Junior Product Manager for Global Data, you be joining our Data Product Management & Engineering team that is highly collaborative, inclusive, progressive and, above all, passionate about the products we provide.

This role will support multiple products related to retail operations. Products will include specific reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to support these areas in strategic planning and business decisions to improve performance.

You'll be perfect in this role if you can showcase:
  • Your ability to communicate and translate business needs and how engineering technology can solve problems
  • That you are an independent thought leader bringing multiple perspectives to problem solving
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to see how individual pieces of work will complete a broader global solution
  • That you can quickly establish respectful and productive working relationships across all levels
  • Use your knowledge of reporting technologies to transform data into decision making information
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to show them how data can be converted into value driven strategies
  • Ownership of execution from end to end and is adaptable to find alternative ways to success

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
  • 3-4 years of product management experience in the following areas
  • The ability to gather requirements, define functionality, and set goals in a clear, actionable format
  • A technical background in data management, analytics, statistics and report development using the latest tools in the industry
  • A background in data solution delivery, product management and Agile methodologies
  • Experience driving meaningful outcomes for the business by connecting product functionality and goals
  • The ability to define a clear roadmap of prioritized features and initiatives
  • Ability to communicate and translate between business needs and how engineering technology can solve the problem or meet the end state goal
  • Hold team accountable for deliverables and anticipate potential delays informing the business
  • Self-starter that takes ownership on its projects and drive them to execution
  • A technical understanding of how data is brought together using tools like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
  • Proactively identify key stakeholder groups
  • Seek input from stakeholders and respond to stakeholder queries
  • Clearly communicate key business outcomes with stakeholders
