Job Description
Are you a great communicator with a passion for helping others? We’re looking for a Remote Live Chat Agent to join our customer support team and serve as the friendly digital face of our brand. You’ll interact with customers via live chat, email, and messaging platforms to solve issues, answer questions, and create exceptional experiences—all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and email in a prompt, professional, and empathetic manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues or service-related questions and escalate when necessary
- Provide product information, order updates, and support for returns or billing
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer profiles
- Collaborate with other support agents and departments to ensure timely resolution
- Meet performance metrics (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction, issue resolution)
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations at once
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in helpdesk or CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk)
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet remote work environment
- Flexible schedule, including possible evenings or weekends
