We are looking for a full-time Project Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role you will work closely with the IT and Product teams to direct time, material, and resources across various departments to ensure that key projects are delivered on time and on budget. You will develop action plans, project milestones and lead project teams. The projects that you will be responsible for are strategically critical, you will frequently interact with various stakeholders in different departments. This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role that requires excellent attention to detail, flexibility, and superior time management and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, support, facilitate and implement several projects of large to moderate size, diversity and complexity.
  • Effectively managing projects to deliver on time, on cost and according to expectations.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, budget, deliverables, schedule, and project team responsibilities to accomplish project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and create project status reports for project stakeholders.
  • Assist with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle.
  • Coordinate work and provide instructions to project team members.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication between project team members, and management.
  • Facilitating the resolution of issues and escalations.
  • Lead project scoping activities.
  • Perform risk assessment and implement mitigation plans.
  • Manage project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule, or scope statement.

What we’d like to see in our ideal candidate

  • 5+ years of project management experience implementing multiple large projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field
  • Project management certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), project management professional (PMP)
  • Leadership capability, negotiation skills and the ability to influence change
  • Working knowledge of project management software- JIRA
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail

Salary: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
