Job Description
As a Remote Sales Associate, you will help customers understand the company’s products and services and assist them in finding solutions that meet their needs. You will be responsible for building relationships, providing product information, and helping clients make informed purchasing decisions. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to work independently from home.
Responsibilities- Reach out to potential and existing clients to present Long View Systems products and services
- Provide accurate and helpful information to answer questions and guide clients
- Assist customers in finding solutions that meet their business needs
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales in the company system
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a positive customer experience
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills, including using email, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets
- Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
