What will your typical day look like? As a Global Strategy and Innovation Senior Manager, you will help Deloitte's top senior leaders solve their toughest problems and help them take advantage of their most significant market opportunities. You will be a thought partner, bringing an independent point of view and collaborating with a team that offers unparalleled career development opportunities and access to leadership. Your insights will contribute to a diversity of ideas in working with internal clients around the world on unique and challenging strategy projects.
Your daily responsibilities will include: - Bringing a strategic mindset and structured approach to problem solving, driven by intellectual curiosity.
- Conducting rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis using the appropriate tools and technology.
- Developing an intuitive understanding of the professional services industry and broader business environment.
- Communicating your ideas with poise to stakeholders through effective written and oral communication.
- Managing workstreams and prioritizing deliverables with self-direction and a commitment to quality.
- Investing in the professional development of yourself and your team members with enthusiasm.

Enough about us, let's talk about you Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of experience plus MBA or other advanced degree
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated knowledge of structured strategic analysis and its application to global strategy development
- Proven ability to think critically and communicate effectively
- Displayed knowledge of technology, industry and/or business issues
- Exhibited experience owning and delivering on multiple, complex workstreams
- Demonstrated experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Diplomacy, maturity, and empathy are all key attributes for success
- Extensive prior experience in the professional services industry or in a strategy or innovation role
