Analyste Financier principal
L'équipe des Rapports spécialisés et Gestion des Solutions (RSGS ou SRSM) - Assurance fait partie de l'équipe élargie de RSGS de la Banque, et relève du département Chef comptable de la Banque.
L'équipe RSGS Assurance soutient le chef des finances (CFO) de TD Assurance. L'équipe est responsable des rapports financiers internes, des états financiers et des rapports réglementaires spécialisés pour les secteurs de l'assurance générale et de l'assurance vie. De plus, notre équipe est responsable de fournir des conseils comptables aux partenaires pour la divulgation financière des systèmes et de leur impact sur les contrôles, tant au niveau des filiales qu'au niveau de la Banque.
Description sommaire
Nous recherchons un(e) analyste financier principal(e) minutieux(se) et très organisé(e), possédant de solides compétences comptables, un bon sens des affaires et une capacité démontrée a résoudre des problèmes, afin de soutenir le directeur responsable de la gestion du capital et des rapports exécutifs dans la gestion du capital ainsi que des rapports au conseil d'administration et au comité d'audit. L'analyste financier principal sera en contact étroit avec le chef des finances (CFO) de TD Assurance, pour présenter régulièrement les résultats financiers.
Ce rôle est responsable de la préparation et de la présentation des résultats réels du Test du capital minimal (TCM ou MCT) et des prévisions du TCM. Il assure l'exactitude, la cohérence et la conformité aux directives réglementaires, tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes des secteurs Finance, Actuariat et Réassurance. L'analyste financier principal jouera également un rôle clé dans la préparation et la présentation des résultats financiers au conseil d'administration et au comité d'audit auprès des cadres de TD Assurance.

Principales responsabilités
- Préparer et présenter les résultats réels et les prévisions du Test de capital minimal (TCM), en assurant une compréhension claire de toutes les variations et l'alignement avec les directives des autorités réglementaires.
- Préparer les rapports destinés au conseil d'administration et au comité d'audit, analyser et expliquer les résultats financiers, effectuer les rapprochements avec le grand livre général et les données sources, identifier et résoudre rapidement les écarts.
- Analyser et communiquer les résultats des états financiers annuels, tant au niveau détaillé qu'au niveau exécutif.
- Identifier et expliquer les variations trimestrielles et annuelles des résultats financiers.
- Collaborer avec de nombreux intervenants pour recueillir l'information nécessaire a la production des rapports destinés au conseil d'administration, au comité d'audit et au TCM.
- Soutenir les audits internes et externes en fournissant la documentation requise et en facilitant la résolution des problématiques.
- Fournir un soutien ponctuel au directeur des finances, selon les besoins.
Compétences clés
- Titre de CPA.
- 5 ans d'expérience dans des postes liés a la divulgation de l'information financière, de préférence dans le secteur de l'assurance.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et collaboration en français et anglais.
- Excellentes compétences d'analyse.
- Capacité de respecter des échéances serrées.
