The RoleWe are hiring for a fully remote position open to anyone across Canada.
This is an entry-level role. You do not need prior experience to apply. We will train you.
This job is for someone who is patient, reliable, and willing to learn. You will help customers with technical questions and problems, making their experience smooth and stress-free.
Primary Duties- Respond to customer requests through chat, email, or support tickets
- Provide basic troubleshooting for software, hardware, or account issues
- Escalate more complex issues to the technical team
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up to ensure issues are resolved
- Learn company systems and IT processes to improve service
- Basic computer skills
- Interest in learning IT systems
- Good attention to detail
- Clear and patient communication
- Willingness to learn and take guidance
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
