Join our Transportation & Infrastructure team as a Proposal Coordinator and help shape winning strategies that secure projects improving communities across Canada. In this role, you'll collaborate with senior managers and technical experts to deliver high-quality proposals for projects in water, urban planning, transportation, municipal engineering, and land development.
Your Impact
- Develop proposal outlines and schedules, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate contributions from multiple disciplines to create cohesive, compelling submissions.
- Write and edit proposal sections, including executive summaries, project descriptions, and CVs.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to integrate impactful visuals into proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of proposals, wins, and losses through WSP's information management systems.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- 2+ years of experience in proposal development, ideally within engineering consulting or professional services.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and SharePoint Online is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an aptitude for technical terminology.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required to meet critical deadlines.

Compensation
BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $77,400 - $102,500
MB & ON: $70,600 - $97,200
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $69,900 - $92,900
